ReFuel America is NewGen’s subsidiary company whose primary
function is the acquisition, blending and distribution of
traditional hydrocarbon fuels and premium biofuels in the
U.S.A.
To make blended biofuels, ReFuel acquires traditional petroleum
hydrocarbon fuels from the refineries directly via it’s own
pipeline-connected fuel terminals in NC, SC and GA, distributes
out to wholesale/retail customers and even to “ReFuel” branded
company-owed gas stations under development.
ReFuel America acquired from Crown Central Petroleum in early 1996 three fuel terminals located in
Charlotte, North Carolina,
Spartanburg, South Carolina and Columbus, Georgia.

The key facts in relation to the terminals:
Terminals are presently undergoing a major refurbishment, storage
capacity and biofuel upgrade costing over $15 Million including
automation technology enhancements and also bringing them into
compliance with new Homeland Security and EPA Legislation as it
pertains to oil terminals.
