FUEL TERMINALS

  • Charlotte, NC

  • Spartanburg, SC

  • Columbus, GA

ReFuel America is NewGen’s subsidiary company whose primary function is the acquisition, blending and distribution of traditional hydrocarbon fuels and premium biofuels in the U.S.A.

To make blended biofuels, ReFuel acquires traditional petroleum hydrocarbon fuels from the refineries directly via it’s own pipeline-connected fuel terminals in NC, SC and GA, distributes out to wholesale/retail customers and even to “ReFuel” branded company-owed gas stations under development.

ReFuel America acquired from Crown Central Petroleum in early 1996 three fuel terminals located in Charlotte, North Carolina, Spartanburg, South Carolina and Columbus, Georgia.

The key facts in relation to the terminals:

Terminals are presently undergoing a major refurbishment, storage capacity and biofuel upgrade costing over $15 Million including automation technology enhancements and also bringing them into compliance with new Homeland Security and EPA Legislation as it pertains to oil terminals.

  • Storage capacity of over 10 Million Gallons

  • Throughput capacity of over 500 Million Gallons per Year

  • Staffing levels of 5 per terminal, running 3 shifts 24/7

  • Each terminal is connected to the Colonial or Plantation Pipelines and accessible by Rail

  • Cummins Terminals Inc, in business for over 80-years, operates the three terminals under a management agreement for ReFuel.
