Kit Bryan - Terminal Operations & Business Development

Mr. Bryan is experienced with all facets of sales, management, construction, site development and selection, as well as offering over 17-years of experience in senior-level management. He possesses expertise in business startup, training and development, purchasing, financial analysis, marketing, and sales development. Prior to joining Refuel America, Mr. Bryan was also a partner in Treasure Coast Capital Partners, a boutique M&A firm, where he specialized in commercial real estate development, valuations and strategic business consulting. Mr. Bryan obtained his bachelor degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and also holds an active real estate broker's license in Florida.

Edward T. Gillespie - Fuel Sales & Marketing

Mr. Gillespie has well over 50-years of exceptional experience in the petroleum industry beginning his career with the Mobil Oil Corporation as the New Business Manager. Mr. Gillespie continued on to excel as the Real Estate & Operations Manager for Crown Central Petroleum, supervising pipeline terminal locations across the US from New Jersey to Texas. Mr. Gillespie also bought, sold and rehabilitated multiple company locations throughout the US. Ed moved on to much more entrepreneurial ventures as VP and General Manger of U-Fill’ErUp, managing the company’s sales and expanding operations in 5 states. The company did over $50 million in revenue through their company-owned gas stations, lube centers and wholesale distribution businesses.

Floyd Reid - Charlotte, NC Terminal Manager

Mr. Reid comes to Refuel America having worked in the petroleum terminal and delivery business for over 24-years. His experience also includes detailed P&L responsibilities. Mr. Reid is also a North Carolina certified wastewater treatment plant operator. Other work experience includes participating in emergency spill drills in collaboration with the US Coast Guard, the US Fish and Wildlife Service, in addition to various other state and local agencies. Mr. Reid also has an extensive background in the trucking industry that includes being Eastern Region Director of Terminals for a large, heavy specialized carrier. Mr. Reid also has several years experience mediating with the company’s independent owner operators. Mr. Reid has a Bachelor of Arts degree having majored in Aviation Management Maintenance and is an FAA licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic, as well as a licensed Private Pilot.

Eamonn Clarke - Spartanburg, SC Terminal Manager

Mr. Clarke brings 13-years experience in the oil industry to the company in the role of Terminal Manager. For nearly 10-years, Mr. Clarke managed bulk storage facilities for Conoco Inc. In addition, Mr. Clarke spent several years in logistics, coordinating the distribution of petroleum products for Pilot Travel Centers, LLC. In this position Mr. Clarke was also involved in the direct purchase of petroleum based on market price and availability. Mr. Clarke helped form the Knoxville, TN Terminal Association to provide local support amongst area managers and operators, and also served as its Vice President. Mr. Clarke received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
